Comfrey Balm - For joint pain

Comfrey has been used for centuries to treat sprains and bone breaks.

I found it was amazing for my fibromyalgia as the essential oils in my balm are rosemary and lavender both anti inflammatory oils and antispasmodic (relieves tension), while comfrey infused oil is anti inflammatory too. 

It's been known to help with arthritis too, aches and pains. Even growing pains.
